Hi Shirley! I have not been around in a while. I hope everything is going well up your way. We are still getting rain down here, my yard really needs to be mowed but it has just been too wet. Rusty had an appointment at the M.S.A. Specialist in Houston last week...no good news there, just nothing they can do. We are still taking one day at a time, he has been fighting depression this week, his speech has really worsened and it is difficult when he is unable to communicate. I hate seeing Rusty suffer, it is a very helpless feeling knowing that I can do nothing. I love you...Donna

Well, I am now caught up on the posts that I missed, and I think it is time for at least a little picture of Ellie! (I'm in withdrawal... I had to go all the way back to Sept. 21 (the last post I'd been to...) Have a great weekend! :-)

Shirley, I will keep praying. My husbands family are hard to deal with...they are the most "fearful" people I have ever seen. They do not trust anyone and talk about whomever isn't around - I do have a hard time dealing with that, but Rusty and I have been married for over 34 years - I figure they are not going to change (and one of them always makes sure I hear what the other one said about me!), so I had to get to the place that their hurtful words rolled off. They are just the type people you just cannot quite do enough for - it's "what are you doing for me, right now." Isn't it amazing that God loves people so very much????? Love you...Donna

Shirley, I am praying for you too. I enjoyed your e-mail too, I was at the church all day painting - we painted the foyer, I got home and had to take a nap...so I haven't gotten around to writing you back, I am so tired and sore all over! I am too old for all the work I get myself into, but no one shows up to work - and I believe in doing whatever it takes to get things done. We have a Family Reunion this weekend in Tyler Texas, so I am trying to get everything taken care of here because we leave Friday morning...I have to drive my dog to Lake Charles Louisiana to my daughter's because my daughter is the only one that Mandi will stay with...that is a 3 1/2 hour drive, I have to leave Thursday morning and be back by 6pm because Rusty and I are leading a Bible Study on Thursday nights at 7pm. I may just get back and fall asleep in the study - I have to go because my husband cannot drive anymore, because of his health. It would be great to get away without all the work before leaving! Lov
